The desk pairs applied researchers with the operations teams they support, running short, focused cycles that move from a hypothesis to a working prototype in weeks rather than quarters.

Our first engagement focuses on route and capacity planning, using historical and live operational data to surface decisions that previously required manually cross-referencing several systems.

We expect to open the model to additional logistics partners later this year as the initial engagement matures.
